- set a timer for 10 minutes
- spend a minute on each prompt ( you can use this slide deck or make up your own 10 prompts. ex. My favorite way to spend a Saturday is _________ because…)
- during each prompt you can
- free write
- pass on topics that don’t interest you
- Take notes
- it doesn’t have to be full sentences
