This exercise is about habits

Materials Needed

–   timer

–  lined paper

– pen or pencil 


  1.  set a timer for 10 minutes
  2. identify have it you want to form then give it structure
    1. The structure:
      when I (cue)________________
      I will (routine)________________
      Because it provides me with (reward/benefit)____________


  This exercises inspired by Charles duhigg.  In his books he talks about how to Pivot to make long-lasting changes.
