Triangle Meditation w027

Summary

This is an exercise about drawing to relax.

Materials Needed

–   timer

– blank Paper

– pen or a pencil

– colors (color markers, pencils, pens, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Set a timer
  2.  draw many triangles as you want
  3.  add color

Notes

 This is an exercise inspired by yayoi kusama. In her work she uses repeating motifs to achieve an expansive pattern.
